Each year the festival looks at different venues to screen. We have screened films in the open air, warehouse space, Tuttleman IMAX Theater, Ritz Theater, The Constitution Center, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, one of the the first online networks (MBN), the side of buildings, a 19th Century Church, comedy clubs, basements, and many more. We continue to look for such venues, online included, around the globe. We are proud to bring our streaming venue, the PIFF streaming channel, slowly, further out front. We look forward to seeing you at the beta site at PIFF.DarkRoom.film! We expect to be updating our unique curation titles in the coming months.

We will be having our annual discussions at the filmmakers’ lounge sponsored by #PRSguitars and SeraPhi. This year’s online discussion hashtags are #AI #Blockchain #PhillyTechWeek, #piff #piffFilms, and #DemocratizeContent. All #Philly handles apply. We are continuing to focus on the interface of the crowd and the #tokenization of #content. We are discussing the crossroads of music, film, technology, propaganda, and culture. All are welcome.

We are excited to be live, streaming, and in the metaverse. Our Social Media channels have all been active for more than a decade. This years festival is 5 days, the digital soapbox has returned, filmmaker Q&A is Live and more filmmaker events and discussions are happening (always live).
